ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in January 2025, and while were a newer office, were already building something special a place where growth, teamwork, and integrity come first. Before opening my agency, I worked in IT consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Later, I helped my husband in his State Farm office, and that experience inspired me to start my own agency to create opportunities for others and build a team focused on helping people protect what matters most.

Im a graduate of St. Johns University, married to another State Farm agent, and mom to a wonderful four-year-old. We stay connected to our community by participating in local events and supporting causes that make a difference whenever we can.

Our office culture is positive, collaborative, and rooted in growth. I believe in hands-on leadership, open communication, and creating an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and succeed together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carla Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
