Our agency opened in January 2025, and while were a newer office, were already building something special a place where growth, teamwork, and integrity come first. Before opening my agency, I worked in IT consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Later, I helped my husband in his State Farm office, and that experience inspired me to start my own agency to create opportunities for others and build a team focused on helping people protect what matters most. Im a graduate of St. Johns University, married to another State Farm agent, and mom to a wonderful four-year-old. We stay connected to our community by participating in local events and supporting causes that make a difference whenever we can. Our office culture is positive, collaborative, and rooted in growth. I believe in hands-on leadership, open communication, and creating an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and succeed together. Team members enjoy PTO, paid holidays, and even their birthday off as a small way to say thank you for their hard work. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carla Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
