We have several cases! A Place At Home - Somerville is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate in-home care that allows our clients to age with dignity and comfort. We are looking for an experienced and caring caregivers to support clients throughout Somerset County and the surrounding communities between Flemington, Somerville, and Plainfield, NJ.

• Assist with daily routines, including personal care and maintaining a safe environment

• Provide companionship and reassurance throughout the shift

• Monitor client well-being and respond to any needs that may arise

• Support medication reminders as appropriate

• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

• Experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Dependable and able to work independently
