Excellence in Dentistry is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, managing a productive schedule, and helping patients receive the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
• Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and patient flow
• Follow up with unscheduled treatment and overdue hygiene patients
• Communicate treatment value and help patients find appointment solutions
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment notes
• Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous dental scheduling or front office experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with dental software systems preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
