Job Description
Join Our Dynamic NICU Team - Night Shift Opportunity Awaits!


- Shift: 12H Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM
- Every Other Weekend Requirement
- Unit/NICU Level: Level 3b
- Total Beds: 16 (expanding to 20 in a year)
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:3 for feeder/growers
- EMR System: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: Yes
- Weekend Floating: Float to L&D or postpartum to care for babies
- Orientation: 2-3 shifts specific to the floor
- Common Diagnoses/Treatment Types:
- All gestational ages
- Experience in Level 3 NICU required
- Attendance at deliveries preferred
- No ECMO experience necessary
- Must have 2-3 years of NICU and travel experience
- Familiarity with premies, sepsis, cooling, and substance abuse withdrawal preferred
- Equipment:
- Vents: Aveya, bubble CPAP, Vapotherm, oscillator
- RT and Pharmacy available 24/7
- No Monitor Tech on site
- IV Team: No
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Charting System: Cerner
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
