Position: Associate Dentist
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client in Amanda, Ohio. As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside this experienced team of dental professionals to provide top-quality dental care to patients.
Endo, oral surgery and implants preferred.
Compensation is open to discussion based on experience.
40+ new patients a month.
33-35% collections with > 95 % collection rate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice. Dentist owner is open to discussion with a new graduate
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
