Generates work lists and addresses pending items.Performs, compiles and documents Quality Control. Reports significant deviations to the manager. Documents corrective action.Organizes work to maximize productivity and efficiency.Determines specimen acceptability and priority, taking action accordingly.Maintains a minimum inventory of supplies/reagents to ensure adequate patient care and sufficient supplies for the oncoming shift.Recognizes and take appropriate corrective action when equipment failure occurs.
