We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Deli Manager to lead our deli team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety standards, and optimize the overall efficiency of the deli.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the deli team, providing training, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
• Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling, sales processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing food production in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills for managing staff training, managerial tasks, and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with managing quick service environments.
