Job Summary:

Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is offering a unique opportunity to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) FREE of charge! As a CNA Trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training and support while working towards becoming a certified CNA.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a FREE CNA training class

• Receive hands-on learning experience in a skilled nursing environment

• Be mentored by experienced nurses and CNAs

• Prepare for the state CNA certification exam

• Explore potential employment opportunities with our facility after certification

As a CNA Trainee, You'll Gain:

• The skills needed to provide compassionate care to residents, including:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Helping residents with mobility and transfers

  • Supporting residents during meals

  • Taking vital signs

  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions

  • Providing comfort, dignity, and companionship
