About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Tribeca Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
Valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
