Position Overview: 

Endurion is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to work in Tampa, FL supporting U.S. Special Operations Command. This position requires initiative and someone that can identify problems, work closely within a team, and perform technical support with minimal supervision. Technical breadth with a deep interest in learning new technical skills is required. This position is part of a very small team that has full administrative control of on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure.

We are seeking candidates with experience or strong familiarity with the following IT areas of expertise:

Desktop Support:

• Troubleshooting stability and connection issues
• Working with vendors to diagnose problems and replace parts
• Reimaging and installing computers for end users

Linux System Administration:

• Adding and removing users and groups
• Managing network interfaces and firewalls
• Managing permission levels
• Managing storage
• Installing updates
• SSL/TLS certificate and key creation, management, and implementation
• Web application and hosting familiarity
• Bash familiarity

Windows Server Administration:

• Windows Server 2019/2022
• Active Directory
• DNS, DHCP, Firewall
• GPO creation and implementation
• Managing permissions
• PowerShell familiarity

Cloud Administration:

• Basic MS Azure knowledge (AZ-900)
• Azure user management
• Resource management
• Azure file share management

Virtualization:

• VMware/vSphere/ vCenter/ ESXi
• Proxmox
• Virtual Machine Management
• Storage allocation
• Backups/ snapshots

NetApp Storage Administration:

• Basic Storage Area Network (SAN) knowledge
• Create and manage shares
• Manage constituents and volumes

Storage/Backups:

• Synology DMZ
• RAID technology

Networking:

• Working with copper cabling
• Cisco CLI / Firewall
• Routing and switching

Security:

• Monitor existing systems for threats and gathering info on security events
• Basic understanding of Blue Team concepts
• Ability to respond to malware on networks
• Ability to handle data spillage

Requirements: 

• Requires relocation to or residence in the Tampa, FL area.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

  Preferred: 

• Azure or AWS certifications or 2+ years of Azure cloud management experience.
• CompTIA Security+.
• Networking certs: CCNA, CCNP, or CCNP security, Network +
• 2+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience in the application of standard DOD STIG packages and remediation of functional or performance issues.
