We're a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Denver looking for a senior litigation paralegal who's been in the trenches and knows how a PI case runs from intake to trial.What you'll do:Run a full PI caseload — filing through settlement, mediation, and trialDraft pleadings, discovery, and motions; e-file in Colorado state and federal courtsCalendar and track SOLs and deadlines (nothing slips)Order, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and wage-loss docsBuild demand packages, mediation statements, and deposition summariesTalk to clients like a human being — you're often their first callCoordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and expertsPrep trial binders and support attorneys at trialKeep files current in Clio; pitch in on intake overflow when it's busyWhat we're looking for:5+ years as a litigation paralegal — PI / plaintiff-side strongly preferredABA-approved paralegal certificate and/or national certification (NALA CP, NFPA RP, or equivalent)Know the Colorado xhyhwjd Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing coldThrive under high-volume deadlines without missingProficient in Microsoft Office; Clio experience a plusBilingual English/Spanish a plus, not requiredThe details:Full-time, in-office — 1391 N.
