You Have: Alarm, Security & Low Voltage Experience • Experience installing, servicing, programming, and troubleshooting alarm systems for residential and/or commercial projects • Knowledge of intrusion alarm, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, security, and low voltage systems • Experience installing and terminating low voltage cabling • Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and project specifications • Ability to troubleshoot wiring, devices, panels, programming, connectivity, and system performance issues • Experience using hand tools, power tools, testers, tone generators, crimpers, and termination tools • Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, organized, professional work • Good communication skills with clients, project managers, team members, and other trades • A valid driver's license preferred • A steady work history, pleasant disposition, and high EQ Your Location: Incline Village, NV • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) • Our Office: 919 Incline Way, Suite 21, Incline Village, NV 89451 (Job sites vary between Incline Village, Truckee, Reno, and surrounding areas) Your Schedule: • Full Time (40hrs/Wk): Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:30pm Your Manager: • Project Manager / Field Supervisor Holm Electric's Core Values: • Be ethical with all our clients and employees • Have Integrity and Honesty in everything we do • No Jerks • Be the best at what we do • Own it Your Contribution to Holm Electric: • Install and program residential and commercial alarm systems • Install fire alarm, intrusion, CCTV, access control, security, and related low voltage systems • Pull, terminate, label, and test low voltage cabling • Install control panels, keypads, cameras, access points, security devices, equipment racks, and related components • Troubleshoot system issues related to wiring, terminations, hardware, connectivity, programming, and system performance • Test and commission completed systems to verify proper operation and quality • Support inspections, system walkthroughs, and client handoffs • Maintain accurate service notes, job records, as-builts, and documentation • Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors or project leads • Maintain clean, safe, organized, and professional job sites • Work closely with project managers, designers, electricians, other technicians, and trades to complete projects safely, accurately, and efficiently Success Metrics: • Clean, organized, code-compliant installations • First-time fix rate on service and troubleshooting calls • Reliable system performance after installation or service • Accurate testing, labeling, and documentation • On-time project completion • Inspection pass rate • Clear communication with clients and team members • High client satisfaction • Taking ownership of assigned work from start to finish Holm Electric's Contribution to You: • Pay: $30/hr – $45/hr DOE • 401k w/ up to 2.5% match • Medical Insurance – 50% • Dental/Vision - optional • Earned PTO • 6 Paid Holidays • Company Vehicle • Training Opportunities: Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, Low Voltage Systems, and Advanced System Programming • Company Golf event, Baseball outing, Holiday party, Lunch events About Holm Electric Since 1998, Holm Electric has partnered with homeowners and contractors, public works and improvement districts to offer professional residential and commercial electrical contracting, home automation and integration services.
