About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of previous step down experience required License: - Active Iowa RN License Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS - NIHSS Must-Have: - Completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission date - Driver's License required - Work history/resume required - License verification required - Copy of required certifications - One supervisory reference required at time of submission Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The position requires availability for on-call shifts. Flexibility to work every other weekend is necessary. This role is suitable for first-time travelers. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of floating to different departments as needed.
