What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments, assessments, and progress accurately in electronic health records
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support supervisees such as occupational therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides

What You Need

• MO Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
• Experience in rehab or related clinical settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards

• Additional certifications or specialties in rehab
