About The Role Petro Serve USA Store Managers are hands-on leaders responsible for the overall performance of their location. You'll lead your team, oversee daily operations, maintain company standards, and manage the store with a focus on customer service, sales profitability, and employee development. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily store operations and ensure company standards are consistently met. Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop store employees. Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and hold employees accountable for performance. Build a positive team environment focused on customer service, teamwork, and respect. Provide prompt, friendly service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, appearance, organization, and merchandising. Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and product rotation. Monitor sales, expenses, labor, and other key performance measures to achieve store goals. Identify opportunities to increase sales, control costs, and improve store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. Address employee performance issues through coaching, corrective action, and other appropriate measures. Communicate effectively with District Management and other company departments. Perform other duties as needed to support successful store operations. Qualifications Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred; convenience store experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to coach employees, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
