What You’ll Do: Connect with patients and caregivers with empathy and respect Safely drive a company vehicle to homes and care facilities Deliver, set up, and demonstrate essential medical equipment Ensure everything is working perfectly before you leave Handle physical work (lifting up to 80 lbs) with care and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing equipment during downtime to ensure it meets company and patient care standards Requirements A valid driver’s license (3+ years driving experience) A strong work ethic and dependable attitude Compassion and a genuine desire to help others Clear communication and organizational skills Physical capability to lift and move equipment throughout the day Commitment to a tobacco/nicotine‑free workplace Ability to pass a drug screening (including cannabis) Must be at least 21 years old What You’ll Gain Company‑paid health insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off + holiday pay Career advancement opportunities (many leaders started in this role!)
