Compensation:

$112,400 - $194,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss strategies, and celebrate successes.
• Utilize our proven systems to prospect for new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers and sellers.
• Attend open houses and networking events to expand your professional network and client base.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings to achieve common goals.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for client management and market research.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
