Responsibilities: Assist in the full‑cycle leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements. Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, track work orders, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in property management, customer service, or operations within the real estate industry. Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
