Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid Michigan OT license (required)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric OT role preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 caseloads, including IEPs and student assessments

• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students, supporting varied needs
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute occupational therapy expertise to the team
• Support transition services as needed for students moving through grade levels
