Procurement SpecialistThe Buyer for Technical Projects manages procurement activities for engineering, IT, or infrastructure-related initiatives. This role ensures timely acquisition of specialized goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and vendor compliance.Key responsibilities include:Source and negotiate contracts for technical equipment, software, and servicesCollaborate with project managers and engineers to define procurement needsEvaluate supplier capabilities and manage vendor relationshipsTrack purchase orders, delivery schedules, and budget adherenceEnsure compliance with procurement policies and quality standardsAnalyze market trends and recommend cost-saving strategiesQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or BusinessFamiliarity with ERP systems and procurement softwareStrong negotiation and analytical skillsUnderstanding of technical specifications and project lifecycles eTeam
