Shift Manager

EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) to provide outstanding customer service, promote sales, and lead a team of pawnbrokers in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that differentiates EZPAWN. Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms on pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Excellent judgment, time‑management, and prioritization. Ability to read and manage customer needs. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (a plus). Sales background a plus; bilingual a plus. Benefits Free health insurance.
