CSC Services LLC provides “A Breath of Fresh Air “, literally. For over 44 years. We’ve been the trusted name in hood, air duct and dryer vent cleaning across Connecticut and its neighboring states. Our mission is to: provide cleaner, healthier indoor air in homes, businesses and factories across our service area.

We’re growing fast and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want to be part of our Hood & Air Duct Cleaning Team. If you like hands-on work, take pride in helping people, and want to build a career (not just a job), we want to meet you.

Job description: HVAC Technicians and Hood & Duct Technicians

As a CSC Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the face of CSC Services LLC in customers’ homes and businesses. You’ll operate professional-grade cleaning systems to remove dust, allergens, debris, and contaminants from HVAC Hood & Duct systems and dryer vents — creating healthier indoor environments and better airflow efficiency.

This isn’t just about cleaning ducts — it’s about delivering a service that helps customers live better and breathe better.

What You’ll Do

· Perform residential and commercial cleaning.

· Operate advanced negative air machines, vacuum systems, and air powered cleaning tools with brush and cable system.

· Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver five-star service.

· Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept in excellent condition.

· Complete daily service logs and reports accurately.

What You’ll Bring

· A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.

· Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Prior experience in HVAC or duct cleaning is a plus — but we’ll provide full training.
