Travel Physical Therapist - $1,933 per week

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Thomson, Georgia. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment; evaluate and create a plan of care, and modify as indicated based on patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in daily tasks and provide timely, accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates. BLS and state-specific licensing. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean, or stoop; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
