Description:
Unit Information:
Number of Beds - 800
Staff varies by shift, day, or week.
Day Shift has 5 staff Technologists and a supervisor.
Evening Shift has 4-5 Technologists and a Radiology Assistant.
Night Shift has 2-3 Technologists and a Radiology Assistant.
Equipment used includes GE Optima, 3 GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors.
EMR is Cerner and PACS is Phillips.

Typical hiring profile:
Skills in all areas of CT Imaging including diagnostic scans.
Invasive skills in ED trauma and stroke imaging are required.
Candidates with GE experience, invasive CT, cardiac skills, and venipuncture are preferred.

Typical procedures performed in the unit include neuro, MSK, body imaging, invasive cardiac imaging, and pediatric imaging.

Best personality fit is a team player who can also work independently.
A self-motivated individual is ideal.
