Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with other team members to produce and prepare products for shipment while maintaining high quality standards.

• Lift and stack 55lb bags of extruded material onto pallets.
• Assist with various tasks on the production floor.
• Sort boxes and stack bags on skids.
• Stage and palletize orders in preparation for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure loads meet quality standards.
• Accurately read weight measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipment deadlines.
• Help load and unload trucks.
• Pack extruded plastic products into boxes.
• Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or hand packing.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Capability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift.

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Some level of mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

Our non-climate controlled facility can reach over 100 degrees in some areas on hot days. We are a polymer and additive manufacturing facility with a close-knit, family-like production team. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7:30am, each with a half-hour unpaid lunch. You will primarily work indoors but may occasionally assist with unloading trucks outside. Our team currently comprises around 120 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stow, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Stow,OH.
