Trauma-Informed Youth Case Manager

Sasha Bruce Youthwork seeks a Case Manager for our 8th St Drop-In Center in the DC region. The role focuses on trauma-informed case management, crisis intervention, and resource navigation for homeless and unstably housed youth ages 18-24. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and coordinate referrals with a supportive team. The position runs 10 AM - 6 PM and requires engagement with diverse youth, culturally and linguistically responsive service delivery, and wraparound #J-18808-Ljbffr Sasha Bruce Youthwork
