Sales Associate
Performance is looking for sales associates for both Columbus and Cincinnati locations! You're known for your passion in providing exceptional client experiences and the innovative ways in which you offer such superior service is what consistently makes you stand out from the pack. As a Sales Associate, you beam with pride as you interact with customers and offer a unique experience to everyone. We are searching for an upbeat Sales Associate to join our sales team in generating vehicle sales with our valued customers.

Requirements
What you'll do as the Sales Associate:
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance techniques
- Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience
- Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs
- Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals
- Ensure that, as part of the delivery process, all customers understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
What you'll need to be our Sales Associate:
- Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
- Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results
- Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license without restrictions
- Obtain an Active Ohio Sales License
