Job DetailsDescriptionJOB SUMMARYProvides direct and indirect patient care under the guidance and direction of the registered nurse.Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health and social needs; comfort and safety measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid need; and elimination needs.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationGED or High School Diploma required or current high school student in pursuit of GED to be obtained within one calendar yearCertification indicating successful completion of a Nurse's Aide/Technician training and competency course preferred.BLS requiredMinimum Work ExperienceKnowledge of principles of patient hygiene, comfort, and safety measures.
