Physical Therapist (PT) – Facility-Based | Old Bridge, NJ | Part-Time / PRN | $55–$85/Visit

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for a defined local territory in Old Bridge, NJ — covering assisted living facilities and nearby community patients, and that's it. You'll cover a defined local territory in and around Old Bridge, treating patients at assisted living facilities and nearby community settings with minimal drive time between visits. Referral flow is consistent and steady — no scrambling to fill your schedule. Your hours are flexible and yours to control, with a streamlined documentation process and a responsive admin team behind you. W2 or 1099 — your choice.

• Active PT license in New Jersey (required).
