Full Time Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time 20 clients per week, on-site Therapist position located in Holly Springs, NC. The Therapist will work primarily with children and teens as well as young adults. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. The Therapist will support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals through evidence-based approaches and empathetic care. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans Strong skills in documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining confidentiality Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Relevant licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of North Carolina Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy Familiarity with diverse populations and commitment to cultural competence Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Hart Integrated Wellness Services, PLLC
