At Spruce Murray Hill, located in the heart of Jacksonville, FL, we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for crafting the perfect cup, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do As a Barista at Spruce Murray Hill, you’ll play a key role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Providing friendly, prompt, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of barista experience – we’re looking for someone who knows their way around an espresso machine!
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
