Franchise Attorney - Florida (Consultant / Outside Counsel)

Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Florida-licensed Franchise Attorney to advise a growing health and longevity brand on its expansion through a licensing model.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Analyze licensing structures under federal and Florida franchise laws \n
- Advise on FTC Franchise Rule requirements and Florida franchise exemption filings \n
- Draft and review FDDs, licensing and franchise agreements, and operator documents \n
- Advise on trademark licensing, territory rights, fees, and brand standards \n
- Identify relevant healthcare regulatory considerations, including med spa regulations and corporate practice of medicine \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- JD and active Florida Bar membership in good standing \n
- 5+ years of franchisor-side franchise law experience \n
- Hands-on experience preparing FDDs and handling Florida franchise exemption filings \n
- Experience evaluating license-versus-franchise structures \n
- Health, wellness, longevity, or med spa experience is a plus \n
Engagement: Remote, project-based consulting with potential for an ongoing relationship.
