Assistant Store Manager – Legacy West, Plano, TX Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Legacy West in Plano, TX. As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will drive both sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and physical stores. Responsibilities Embodiment of company culture, values, and self‑accountability; model behavior for team members. Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates and preparing them to actively engage customers. Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Manage daily store activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience. Maintain merchandising guidelines that facilitate easy shopping and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Provide and nourish feedback from all levels to continuously improve business performance. Strive for excellence and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Adhere to all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes (10–30lb each) as required. Physical Demands Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail management experience; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
