Job Summary

We're on the lookout for our first Analyst to join our lovely Risk team, guided by our amazing Head of Risk. This role is tailor-made for individuals who are bright, imaginative, and keen to develop their skills within the Risk team. Prior experience in Fin-tech and B2C Buy-Now-Pay-Later industry is preferred. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you'll mainly assess and read our potential tenants' credit risk portfolios. While your main focus will be on tracking collections history, and Portfolio Analysis, you'll also liaise between other team members to improve and automate processes and steps.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze prospective tenants' credit history and businesses financial statements to determine the risk involved in extending Rize's RNPL product.
• Report tenants' commitments in the Simah Portal in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor collections, maintain detailed reports, and communicate findings to management.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the collection process, ensuring the team meets set KPIs.
• Predict and evaluate potential risks involved with specific transactions and improve fraud detection.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure potential tenants meet Rize's credit criteria.
• Prepare reports detailing risk assessment findings and suggest changes to Rize's credit policies.
• Work with the team to enhance and automate assessments and Collections analytics while supporting the implementation of collections strategies and monitoring their performance.
• Help designing and developing reports and dashboards to present insights and set anomaly alerts according to monitoring rules.
• Deliver insights and optimisation of our risk performance.

Requirements You're a perfect match if you have 1 Year of experience in credit risk, specially in B2C Individual loan financing sector Preferably coming from the Fintech scene in the " Buy-Now-Pay-Later " sector. Startups mindset with smart, flexible, innovative, and growth mindset. Understanding of the use of Simah Fluency in Arabic and English.
