Communication Rhythm: Consistent, recurring weekly 1-on-1 meetings to discuss cases, review goals, and provide safe, constructive two-way feedback. Leadership & Partnership: Opportunities to lead morning huddles and team meetings, with an annual career-pathing review What We Are Looking For Must-Have: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Malpractice policy Active, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of California . Current CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration. A compassionate, detail-oriented clinical approach with excellent patient communication skills. Nice-to-Have: [1+ years of clinical experience or GPR/AEGD completion] (Though ambitious new grads are highly encouraged to apply—we provide exceptional mentorship!). Proficiency or a strong desire to expand skills in [Implants, Invisalign, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, etc.] .
