Staybridge Suites is seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

We are looking for individuals who are available to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) , including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Complete check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately

• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries

• Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams

• Stock coffee station and keep lobby clean

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred

• Experience with HotelKey PMS strongly preferred (experience with OPERA or other PMS systems is a plus)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Must be available to work all shifts (morning, evening, and overnight)
