Navigator RN - STEMI/PERT Program

The Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent resource to support optimal care delivery for cardiology with a focus on interventional cardiology and STEMI patients as well as other projects as assigned This nurse navigator takes on a leadership role in developing the coordination of care during pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning and facilitating post-hospitalization follow-up. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in cardiovascular services.
