Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois State PT license is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
