Kiddie Academy of Woodbury is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you love helping young children learn through play and creating a positive classroom environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers ages 16–33 months.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements.
- Observe and document children's growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional educational experience.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and professional attendance
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Ability to meet Minnesota DHS teacher qualifications
