Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings. Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Collaborate with management and other departments to support strategic decision-making. Identify process improvements based on data-driven insights. Prepare regular performance and operational reports. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities. Ensure data security and confidentiality standards are maintained. Preferred Skills Experience working with large datasets. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. Ability to interpret complex information and present actionable recommendations. Familiarity with CRM and business intelligence systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is preferred. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data management practices is preferred.
