Home Service Technician (Will Train)

Overview Join Orkin as a Termite Pro (TC Pro – Home Services Technician). Starting pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour. In this role, safety is your top priority. You will perform essential home service installations that improve comfort and protection while building a stable, rewarding career with advancement opportunities. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Follow a daily assigned route within your territory Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers Complete all required service-related documentation Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces Operate a company vehicle safely Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro! High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with our customers We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws. Work Environment What will my work environment be like? Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
