Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in patient evaluations and therapy sessions within a LTAC/long-term care setting.
- Implement and document therapeutic interventions (range of motion, therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, strength, functional mobility).
- Monitor patient progress, collect data, and communicate changes to the PT plan of care.
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and activities of daily living as directed, ensuring safety and infection control practices.
- Collaborate with the PT team and nursing staff to support care plans and participate in daily rounds and care coordination.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligible for licensure) in the United States.
- Ability to work an all-days schedule in a LTAC/long-term care setting.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting on 07/06/2026.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to document clearly and adhere to care plans.
- Familiarity with standard PT documentation, safety protocols, and patient safety practices.
