Job Summary

The Utility Operator is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assisting with packaging, production line activities, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires dependable individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products from production lines according to company standards.
• Assist with assembling packaging materials using hand tools as needed.
• Collect, organize, and prepare materials from production equipment.
• Move completed boxes, cartons, or materials from production areas.
• Assist production teams with daily operational needs.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining an organized work area.
• Empty trash bins and remove waste materials as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist in other production areas as assigned based on training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with strong attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or other hands-on roles is preferred but not required. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
