Home Infusion Billing Specialist

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance and reducing denial rates while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions Document case activity and contribute to training materials and policies to enhance billing efficiency Required qualifications 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques with various payer types Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
