Dentist Opportunity – Storm Lake, Iowa

Blue Jay Dental is working with a busy, established dental office in Storm Lake, Iowa that is seeking a full-time general dentist.

This is a strong opportunity for a doctor who wants an existing patient base, an experienced team, and the freedom to concentrate on dentistry while receiving operational and administrative support behind the scenes.

The current dentist will be transitioning away from clinical practice, making this an important hire for the office.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

The Storm Lake office is already established and staffed, allowing the incoming dentist to step into an active clinical environment rather than build a practice from scratch.

The office features:

7 treatment operatories

Established patient flow

Digital X-rays

Paperless systems

Denticon practice-management software

2 Registered Dental Hygienists

3 Certified Dental Assistants

2 Front Office Coordinators

Administrative and business support

Patient care is primarily scheduled Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have:

DDS or DMD degree

Current Iowa dental license or ability to obtain one

Strong communication skills

Commitment to quality patient care

Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry

Interest in becoming part of an established dental team and community
