Shift Details Day: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Night: 8 p.m. – 8 a.m. Client has mild dementia Responsibilities Companionship Light cooking and cleaning Bathing, grooming, and toileting Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders Transportation for appointments and errands Qualifications 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons preferred Exceptional communication skills Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state) Pass a drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr Velocity Staffing
