Job Description Job Description Job Title: Teacher (Multiple Openings) Position Summary: Our private Christian school is seeking passionate and committed educators for various teaching roles across our Elementary division.The ideal candidates will bring a robust educational background and a dedication to cultivating a supportive, challenging, and inspiring learning environment for students of all ages. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school’s curriculum and educational guidelines. - Develop assessments and instructional materials that address the varied needs of students. - Employ a range of teaching strategies to motivate and engage students in their educational pursuits. - Monitor student progress and adapt instructional methods as necessary to promote understanding and academic success. - Collaborate with colleagues and staff to foster a unified and integrated learning experience for all students. - Actively engage in school events, meetings, and professional development initiatives to contribute positively to the school community. Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is required. - Teaching experience at the Elementary, Middle, or High School level is preferred but not essential. - A strong commitment to the Christian faith and a desire to integrate faith with learning in the classroom. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and fellow educators. - Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
