Concrete & Coatings Finishing Specialist - Fast Track to Leadership!

Are you ready to take your concrete finishing skills to the next level? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our expanding concrete and coatings division with immediate advancement opportunities and profit-sharing potential .

What You'll Master:

Premium Concrete Polishing:

Execute Class A, B, and C finishes to industry standards
Operate advanced diamond grinding and polishing systems
Create stunning decorative concrete with dyes and specialty techniques

Advanced Coating Systems:

Install high-performance epoxy and resinous floor systems
Apply decorative flake and quartz broadcast systems
Master complex mixing ratios and application techniques

Surface Preparation Excellence:

Perform comprehensive concrete prep, grinding, and profiling
Apply penetrating sealers, topicals, and densifiers
Conduct moisture testing and substrate compatibility assessments

Position Details:

Travel: Various job sites and some overnight travel (transportation support available)
Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities
Environment: Professional construction sites with safety focus
Growth Potential: Clear path to supervisory and management roles

Requirements

What You Bring:

Essential Experience:

1-2 years in concrete polishing and coating applications
Hands-on experience with diamond grinding equipment
Knowledge of concrete chemistry and surface preparation
Ability to achieve specified polish classifications

Technical Skills:

Experience with resinous/epoxy systems installation
Understanding of decorative concrete techniques
Ability to read architectural specifications
Knowledge of safety protocols and chemical handling

Physical Requirements:

Operate heavy equipment for extended periods
Work in various environmental conditions
Physical stamina for demanding construction work

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

OSHA safety certification knowledge
Specialty coating systems experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Leadership or mentoring experience
