Projects are long‑duration, technically complex and not short‑cycle maintenance. Senior PMs are primarily office‑based in a field environment, focusing on leadership, execution and decision‑making. What This Role Looks Like Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution Leadership of PMs, superintendents and project teams Direct interaction with owners, engineers and internal leadership Strategic problem‑solving rather than constant fire‑drills Ability to influence how work is executed, not just react to it Backgrounds That Translate Well Heavy civil, pipeline, plant or infrastructure construction experience Experience on large‑money projects where planning and leadership matter Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway or complex civil environments are all considered Technical gaps can be taught; judgment, leadership and communication are essential Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
