Physical Synergy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is a part-time opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping individuals improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Position Details 

• Employment Type: Part-Time 

• Schedule: 15-30 hours per week 

• Compensation: $45.00-55.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) 

• Location: Fairfield, CT 

Responsibilities 

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with chiropractors. 

• Perform evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions. 

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. 

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. 

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. 

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care. 

• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards. 

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. 

• Current Connecticut PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure. 

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
